Shirl + Moss Berry 55% Milk Chocolate Bar

Origin: Kilombero Valley / Tanzania

This creamy 55% milk chocolate delivers lively notes of red stone fruit from the Tanzanian cacao, complemented by Fresh As New Zealand strawberries.

The strawberries are stone-ground with the cacao in the early stages of the chocolate making process, and are also sprinkled on the back of the bar, giving a fresh fruity zing.

The outstanding organic cacao used in this bar is farmed by a collection of smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, bordering the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.

We hand sort, roast, crack, winnow and stone grind for up to 80 hours before ageing our chocolate. We then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in our little factory.
