Everyone's favourite, this classic Lemon Curd treat is made the old fashioned way with no unneccesary ingredients or additives. We use local free range eggs and lovely Yen Ben Lemons combined into a creamy, tart and delicious Lemon Curd. This is perfect as a spread on toast, as a sweet pastry filling or for a quick and easy dessert that will wow your family or friends spread it between layers of sponge and whipped cream and serve with raspberry coulis.
